申込者の誓約

私はイベント要綱における出場資格、エントリー規定及び注意事項を良く理解し、同意した上で参加を申し込みます。一度支払ったイベント参加費はいかなる理由があっても返金されないことを了承します。私はイベント中の事故により負傷・死亡する危険がある事と、怪我による後遺症を負う可能性があることを了承した上で参加を申し込みます。またそれらの事故・負傷・死亡・後遺症に対しては、誰にも責任の所在を問うものではなく、主催者及び関係者に対して一切の保障を請求しないことを誓約し、参加を申し込みます。私は、本イベントに関するあらゆる著作権・肖像権およびそれらに付帯する権利は、すべて主催者に帰属することを了承します。

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE

I have thoroughly read and understood the eligibility requirements, entry regulations, and notices outlined in the event guidelines, and I apply for participation with full agreement to all terms.

I acknowledge that event participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made.

I apply for participation with full understanding that there is a risk of injury or death due to accidents during the event, as well as the possibility of sustaining permanent after-effects from such injuries.

Furthermore, I pledge that I will not hold any party responsible for such accidents, injuries, death, or after-effects, and I will make no claim for compensation against the organizers or any related parties, and I apply for participation under this agreement.

I acknowledge that all copyrights, portrait rights, and any rights incidental thereto related to this event shall belong exclusively to the organizers.
