帯認定証の発行

帯認定証の発行を申請する会員は、下記フォームよりお申込み下さい。

Members who wish to apply for a belt certificate or a degree should send the form below.

Only members who have been recorded as black belts on the belt holders list of one of the certified schools in Japan and who have completed the period of completion for each rank as indicated in the belt system may apply for degree.

In the case of a member from another school who has since acquired a black belt from Tri-force, the graduation date of the original black belt will be considered as the starting date for the degree promotion.
