Contract

1.	This contract is between Tri-Force Member (referred to as Member below) and Tri-Force and its President (referred to as Tri-Force below).
2.	After submitting the application form, applicant will become a Member of Tri-force.
3.	Member will observe the Regulations, Privacy policy and Rules of academy. Tri-Force reserves the right to revise the those three documents at any time. When Tri-Force revises those documents or price of the monthly fee, a notice will be done at least a month in advance.
4.	Member will pay enrollment fee upon when applying.
5.	Member will pay a monthly membership fee every month. Enrollment fee and monthly membership fee are non-refundable for any reason.
6.	Price of monthly fee for U-25 or younger membership division will change automatically to the appropriate age division once the member reaches that age.
7.	Member’s membership will be revoked if any of the following are done: 1. Member does not follow the Regulations or Rules of academy. 2. Member besmirches the Tri-Force name. 3. When Tri-Force judges that the member is not suitable. 4. Member causes havoc or disruption in the vicinity of the Tri-Force building. 5. Member does not pay monthly membership fee for more than three months.
8.	Member will respect Tri-Force property and not damage them. If Member damages Tri-Force property, Member will compensate them for the damages.
9.	Member agrees not to hold Tri-Force responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training or competition.
10.	Members are required to apply for withdrawal in person at the academy. Withdrawal via telephone and email are not permitted.
11.	Regardless of the reason, monthly membership fees are payable until the membership withdrawal notice is received. Withdrawal should be submitted at the academy by the 10th of the previous month which the member wants to quit the academy.
