緊急事態宣言中は、以下のアカデミールールをお守り下さい。１月１２日から適用とします。
１．館内ではクラス中を含めて全エリアでマスクを常時着用して下さい。
２．スパーリングクラスはオープンマットに変更し、マスク着用のドリルのみ可とする。
３．ベーシック、及びレギュラークラスの内容は45分のテクニック練習に変更
Following are the rules under the declaration of emergency. They will be applied from the 12th January.
1. Wear the mask at all times in all areas including during the class participation.
2. All sparing classes change to open mat and only drills with the mask are allowed.
3. 45 minutes technique drills in the basic and regular classes.
