オンライン柔術クラスの次回の配信は４月８日となります。

撮影とアップロードに掛かる作業時間や労力が、大分掴めて来ました。今後も鋭意作業を継続して参ります。
本日21時頃に、第1回のオンライン柔術クラスを配信致します。17時までに確認が取れておりますメールアドレスに、動画URLを送信させて頂きます。
メールアドレスの登録が遅れた方にも、それ以前に配信されたオンライン柔術クラスのURLをお送り致しますので、ご安心下さい。
さて、本日初回の撮影を終えてみて、みなさまからのリクエストを頂きたいコンテンツがいくつか分かりました。
1つ目は、撮影メンバーによる座談会「テーマトーク」のコーナーで、語って欲しいテーマです。
2つ目は、知りたいテクニックです。あるいは掘り下げて欲しいソロムーブやソロトレーニングの方法でも大丈夫です。
ご協力して頂ける方は、「お名前」、「生年月日」、「支部名」を明記の上、info@triforce-bjj.comまでリクエストをお送り下さい。

We will distribute the online classes from April 4th.
We will send the online classes via URL to the registered email addresses of Tri-force members. Please look out for the email and enjoy watching the content.
As previously mentioned, the online classes are in response to the temporary closure of the academy.
The decision to create online classes was made rather suddenly, and with that the detail has not been finalized yet. We are currently deciding what to include as content.
The following are a list of ideas for the online classes
Technique guidance
Shooting demonstrations
Roundtable discussions (please send us your discussion requests)
Solo movement
Solo training
Conditioning demonstrations
IBJJF rule explanation
Video commentary on matches and techniques
Challenge system (e.g. make Hayakawa sensei do battle ropes and so on)
The online classes will be performed by Hayakawa, Shibamoto, Yamada, Sawada, Suzuki, Saori sensei’s along with TF HQ and Ito sensei from Yokohama TF.
