Temporary closure schedule (May 7 – May 31)

To our members

This is an update from Hayakawa.

The government’s emergency declaration has been extended until the end of May.

Tri-force had been preparing for the reopening of our academy on May 7th, but in response to the government’s decision we have decided to extend the temporary closure.

With regards to academy membership from May, we will accept requests to suspend membership even though the month of May has already begun and will accomplish this by adjusting the withdrawal amount from next month.

Gi keeping and locker rentals will remain free until we reopen.

Honestly speaking, it’s important for me that I’m able to secure enough finances for instructor and staff salary and also to be able to maintain our academy. However, I alone am unable to accomplish this.

Moving forward we will closely investigate the financial support measures recently rolled out by the Government. This, and the continued support of our members in maintaining their memberships will ensure we can maintain our academy – for this we are grateful.

Tri-force will also offer a new special holiday plan to its members which will consist of a 50% reduction in the membership fee.

We will continue to deliver web jiu-jitsu class videos to everyone who chooses the special holiday plan. YouTube live distribution for members is also planned. Once the decision to restart has been decided we will return to your normal membership.

Those members who continue their usual membership with us will receive a check mark on their membership card in accordance with the delivery of the web jiu-jitsu class. Additionally we will also prepare further benefits such as free participation in seminars once we have restarted.

If you would like to take a break or a special break, please complete the procedure by May 12. We are sorry for the short reception period.

Thank you for your cooperation.
